At The EverLoft, we are dedicated to getting your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and delivery.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before  e.g., 2:00 PM are typically processed the same day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer reliable shipping options to ensre your package arrives on time:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within [2-3 Working Days].

  • Express Shipping: Delivered within [Next Day/24 Hours].

  • Self-Pickup: Available at our [Abu Dhabi/Dubai] location during business hours.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Flat Rate: We charge a flat fee of  20 AED for standard delivery across the UAE.

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over  150 AED].

  • Express Fees: Express shipping is available for a fee of AED35.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our carrier’s website to monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we primarily serve customers within the United Arab Emirates.

  • Note: If you are located outside the UAE and wish to place an order, please contact us at Tahir.jabbar07@gmail.com for a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery timeline.

6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we strive for perfection, occasionally delays can happen due to high order volumes, extreme weather, or courier issues.

  • Incorrect Address: Please double-check your delivery address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please notify us within [48 hours] so we can investigate with the courier.

  • Delays: If your shipment is significantly delayed, we will reach out to you via email or phone with an updated delivery estimate.
