3. Product Descriptions

  • We strive to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, The EverLoft does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free.

  • Colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.

4. Order Acceptance

  • Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order.

  • We reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver to addresses within the UAE and other specified regions. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • While we aim for timely delivery, The EverLoft is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs clearance processes.

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
